At PHD Beverages, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, we adhere to the following refund and return policy:
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS OR REFUNDS:
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or consumed alcoholic beverages for health and safety reasons.
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description and photo of the issue. We will assist with a return, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
- If you received the wrong product, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue by sending you the correct product or issuing a refund.
ORDER ISSUES:
- If there is an issue with your order (e.g., missing items or incorrect products), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will ensure that any discrepancies are corrected promptly.
REFUND PROCESS:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the item has not been shipped. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible.
SHIPPING AND RETURN COSTS:
- Shipping fees for returns or exchanges due to product issues will be covered by us. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
