Refund and Return Policy

At PHD Beverages, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, we adhere to the following refund and return policy:

Returns will be reviewed and accepted on a case-by-case basis with either, a full refund less return shipping costs, or a replacement (subject to stock availability).

Please contact us at PHD.beverages@gmail.com within 7 days from receipt of delivery with the reason for return and wait for confirmation before returning the item.

Items must be unused and in its original condition. 

If your item is faulty or damaged in any way, please include photos when you contact us.
